A non-refundable deposit of £20.00 is required to secure every appointment slot. Deposits are deducted from your final balance on appointment day.
A 15-minute grace period is allowed. Arrivals between 15-30 minutes late incur a £15 fee. Beyond 30 minutes, your appointment may be cancelled to protect other clients schedules.
Appointments can be rescheduled via your Customer Dashboard up to 48 hours prior without losing your deposit. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance forfeit the deposit.
Your hair must be thoroughly washed, detangled, and blown dry straight prior to arrival. If wash & blow-dry services are required, please select them as add-on services.
Due to boutique space limitations and client privacy, no extra guests or children are permitted unless they are receiving a service.
